The CIBSE Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)/Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 8 May 2018 at The Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, St. James's, London SW1Y 5AG.
The AGM will be preceded by an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which is being held to consider proposed changes to the governing documents of the Institution. The EGM will commence at 4.30pm, with the AGM due to start immediately afterwards at 5.00pm.

Members of all grades are entitled to attend the EGM and AGM, but only Corporate Members (Fellows, Members, Associates and Licentiates) are entitled to vote.
Following the EGM/AGM, the incoming President Stephen Lisk FCIBSE FSLL will deliver his Presidential Address beginning at 7:00pm. On behalf of Stephen and the Institution, I am pleased to invite you to join us for the occasion.
All are welcome to attend the Presidential Address.
